Plant images and notes (optional): photos and descriptions you share when you use “Ask Jim” or plant diagnosis features in the app.

Create and manage your Rolling Ridge Rewards account
Track points, redemptions, and rewards activity
Send verification codes and security alerts (for example, OTP SMS)
Send receipts, balance updates, and program notifications
Provide optional plant-care tips, promotions, and nursery news when you choose to receive marketing messages
Respond to your questions and support requests
Maintain and improve our app, website, and in-store systems

We may combine information collected from different sources (for example, in-store and in-app activity) to provide a more consistent experience and improve our services.

SMS & Email Communications

If you opt in to receive SMS messages, we use your mobile phone number to send verification codes, account alerts, and reward-related messages. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message, or request help by replying HELP.

If you opt in to marketing emails, you can opt out by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you non-promotional messages related to your account (such as receipts or important notices).

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

Service providers who help us operate the program, such as payment processors, SMS/email providers, cloud hosting, and analytics tools. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.

You may update certain account details, such as contact information and marketing preferences, through the Rolling Ridge Rewards app or by contacting us.

You can request that we close your Rolling Ridge Rewards account; in some cases we may retain limited information as required or permitted by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we cannot promise that data will never be accessed, disclosed, or otherwise used in a manner inconsistent with this policy.

Children’s Privacy

Rolling Ridge Rewards is intended for customers ages 18 and older. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Rolling Ridge Rewards program after changes have been posted means you accept the updated policy.
