SMS Terms & Consent

Program Description

Rolling Ridge Nursery (“Rolling Ridge”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Rolling Ridge Rewards SMS program. When you opt in, you may receive text messages about:

• Enrollment and verification codes for your rewards account
• Point balance updates and redemption confirmations
• Receipts and important account notices
• Occasional plant-care tips and program updates

SMS messages are sent using automated technology, including through Twilio or similar providers. Participation in the program is voluntary, and consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-In & Eligibility

You may opt in by providing your mobile phone number during sign-up in the Rolling Ridge Rewards app, on our website, or at checkout in the store, and checking the box indicating that you agree to receive SMS messages.

By opting in, you represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian).

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your activity, but you can generally expect a few messages per month, including one-time passwords (OTP), enrollment confirmations, key account updates, and reward-related messages.

Fees & Charges

Message and data rates may apply to each SMS message sent or received, as provided in your mobile telephone service plan (please contact your carrier for pricing plans and details).

Rolling Ridge does not charge a separate fee for participating in the SMS program. However, you are responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of the Rolling Ridge Rewards SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation text to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us for this program unless you opt in again.

If you have multiple phone numbers or accounts with us, you may need to opt out separately for each phone number.
